Contact us nowIt was 1875 when Paolo Polla and his son Nicolò began grinding olives in the stone mill in the Ligurian village of Toirano, halfway between Genoa and the French border, in the province of Savona and 3 km from the sea.
The harvest was transported along the ancient mule tracks that crossed the hills marked by low stone walls, used to delimit the thin strips of land stubbornly cultivated. On these terraces, kissed by the sun and sea breeze, the family's centuries-old olive trees still grow today.


The passion for Extra Virgin olive oil has become over time the thread that has united five generations of the Polla family. Each generation has been able to combine respect for traditional techniques with the innovation necessary to always maintain the highest quality of the product.
From ancient stone mills to modern cold extraction systems, every phase of production is cared for with the same dedication that characterized the work of Paolo and Nicolò more than a century ago. Today, as then, every bottle tells the story of this unique territory.
